Luke J. Petherbridge
Chief Executive Officer
Luke is Link Logistics’ chief executive officer, responsible for the company’s strategic direction with a particular focus on driving profitability, enhancing customer outcomes and building a winning corporate culture.
He has over 20 years of financial and global real estate management experience, most recently serving as president and chief executive officer of ShopCore Properties and LivCor. Luke previously held the positions of chief financial officer and treasurer of DDR Corporation, one of the largest owners of shopping centers in the U.S. While at DDR, he held responsibilities including capital raising activities, balance sheet management, lender relations and execution of various corporate-level transactions. Before DDR, Luke served as chief executive officer and executive director of shopping center owner EDT Retail Trust (formerly Macquarie DDR Trust) and as director of transactions for Rubicon Asset Management, where he oversaw approximately $5 billion of transactions across real estate and real estate structured finance markets in the U.S., Europe and Japan.
Luke received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Macquarie University. He is co-founder and chairman of CoreGiving, an organization that seeks to fight childhood hunger and food insecurity. In 2023, the nonprofit provided over 20 million meals and mobilized more than 2,400 volunteers in over 60 cities nationwide on CoreGiving Day. Luke is also a member of Inc. Masters, a private community of founders and CEOs whose firms have appeared on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing and most innovative private companies in the U.S. EY recognized him as an Entrepreneur of the Year® 2023 New York Finalist. He is a trustee and former member of the executive board for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also serves as a board member of World Business Chicago, Chicago’s public-private economic development agency. Luke and his wife, Chantal, have three children and moved from Australia to the U.S. 13 years ago. They enjoy spending time together at the beach, skiing and watching the Cleveland Browns.
